Exercising and eating right are essential in middle age, or as we like to call it – the prime of your life. At 40, you may be at risk for a decline in muscle mass and bone density. We will help you dodge those health issues by getting you on the right track to better health and wellness.

You can opt for 5 sessions, 10 sessions, 3-month term or 6-month term package deals. All the sessions are carefully designed to help you stay physically active amidst a sedentary lifestyle.

Why is fitness necessary over 40+?

Exercise at any age is beneficial, but for those over 40, maintaining a good fitness level is crucial to improve memory, maintain general health, increase physical strength and lower the risk of many diseases.

Are your sessions effective in general fitness?

Whether you have a specific fitness goal or a general requirement, we have set sessions and trainers who would motivate you to stay accountable to your intentions. Effectiveness depends on how involved you are in these sessions.

Can I do weight train post 40?

Age is just a number. However, you need professional trainers knowledgeable to give you the right guidance. With us, you get the package meant for 40+ and trainers with years of experience in resistance training.

We currently specialise in delivering exercise physiology and personal fitness programs for the 40+ age group and specific population groups. Also, we provide support work to NDIS participants.
